The Recycling Center is located on Town Hall Road, north of State Highway 33.
The current schedule is every Saturday from 9 am – 1 pm. Summer hours: June, July, and August includes Wednesday evenings from 5pm-7pm.
Weekly garbage is accepted. No electronics, please.
Free Recyclables accepted include Glass: please empty and rinse. Plastic: please empty and rinse No plastic bags, plastic film, or heavy plastics are accepted. Sort cloudy milk, juice, or vinegar containers from your regular plastics. This material is recycled separately. Paper: Office paper, newspaper, magazines, cereal, pop and beer boxes, flattened. Please do not put it into plastic bags. Metal Containers: Tin cans, Please empty and rinse. Do not put in plastic bags. Cardboard that has “waffle” in the middle. If there is no “waffle” put it in with your paper. Must be clean, dry, and flattened. We accept all size batteries, waste oil, antifreeze, gasoline, LP tanks and oil filters for recycling at not charge. There will be a fee for tires. The rim may not have a tire on it. Large items can be disposed of during the Spring and Fall Clean Up Days.
